摘  要:电池模组的热管理直接影响商用电动车的经济和安全性能,然而商用电动车的相关研究工作尚未获得足够关注,开展商用电动车电池模组热流特性研究工作十分迫切。首先,建立了电池模组产热数学计算模型,分析了常温和高温两种环境条件下,不同恒流倍率下电池的热流特性,并针对仿真计算中发现的电池模组温度过高且分布不一致的问题,提出了两种改进方案。分析结果表明所提出的改进方案可行,研究的电池模组热流分布特性和风道改进方法可为商用电动车热管理提供一点参考。Thermal management of battery modules directly affects the economic and safety performance of commercial electric vehicles,however,the related research work of commercial electric vehicles has not received sufficient attention,so it is urgent to carry out the research on the heat flow characteristics of battery modules applied in commercial electric vehicle.First of all,a mathematical calculation model for the heat generation of the battery module was established,and the heat flow characteristics of the battery with different constant current ratios were analyzed,on normal and high temperature conditions.In view of the problem that the high temperature of the battery module as well as its inconsistent distribution found in the simulation calculation,two improvement schemes were proposed.The analysis results show that the proposed improvement scheme is feasible,and the heat flow distribution characteristics of the battery module and the improvement method of the air duct can provide some reference for the thermal management of commercial electric vehicles.
