摘  要:采用放电等离子烧结技术制备了TiB_(2)-B_(4)C复相陶瓷材料,研究了烧结温度和保温时间对TiB_(2)-B_(4)C陶瓷刀具材料力学性能和微观组织的影响。研究表明,当烧结温度为1700℃,保温5min时,陶瓷刀具材料的微观组织均匀,晶粒相对细小,致密度较高,材料的组织缺陷最少,综合力学性能较优。此时,抗弯强度598MPa,硬度22.8GPa,断裂韧性约为6.8MPa·m^(1/2)。TiB_(2)-B_(4)C multiphase ceramic materials were prepared by spark plasma sintering.The effects of sintering temperature and holding time on the mechanical properties and microstructure of TiB_(2)-B_(4)C ceramic tool materials were studied.The results show that when the sintering temperature is 1700℃and the holding time is 5min,the microstructure of the ceramic tool material is uniform,the grains are relatively small,the density is high,the structural defects of the material are minimum,and the comprehensive mechanical properties are better.At this time,the bending strength is 598MPa,the hardness is 22.8GPa,and the fracture toughness is about 6.8MPa·m^(1/2).
