摘  要:针对转向架结构形式对跨座式单轨车辆曲线通过性能的影响,研究并设计了3种转向架结构形式的小型单轨车辆。首先,根据转向架结构形式,运用多体动力学软件建立3种动力学仿真模型;其次,将走形轮垂向力、导向轮径向力、导向力矩、车体侧滚角以及倾覆系数作为小型跨座式单轨车辆曲线通过性能的评价指标;最后,分别对3种动力学模型进行曲线通过性能仿真分析,并对仿真结果进行曲线通过性能指标对比分析。研究结果表明:采用4个稳定轮的转向架结构方案,此小型跨座式单轨车辆具有良好的曲线通过性能,对比结果验证了此设计方案的有效性和可行性。Aiming at the influence of bogie structure on the curve passing performance of straddle-type monorail vehicles,three small monorail vehicles with bogie frame forms are studied and designed.Firstly,according to the structure of the bogie,three dynamic simulation models are established by using multi-body dynamics software;The evaluation index of the curve passing performance of the small straddle-type monorail vehicle;finally,the curve passing performance simulation analysis is carried out for the three dynamic models,and the curve passing performance index comparison analysis is carried out on the simulation results.The research results show that the small straddle-type monorail vehicle has a good curve passing performance with the bogie structure scheme with 4 stable wheels.The comparison results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of this design scheme.
