摘  要:小绞车是主要用于大中型矿井井下斜巷运输物料,目前井下小绞车一般有液压和交流变频两种,但上述两种绞车系统可靠性差且硬件组成复杂,并且液压绞车存在功耗高,噪声大;交流变频绞车效率低,调速不稳定等弊端,一直存在现代矿井运输提升中。本系统采取永磁同步电机的优点,把永磁同步电机当作井下小绞车驱动,设计电机直联滚筒结构,并配套设计电气控制系统。实现了煤矿井下小绞车技术上的创新,安全可靠,自动化程度高。The small winch is mainly used for transporting materials in the inclined roadway under the shaft of large and medium-sized mines,at present,there are two kinds of underground small winches:hydraulic winch and AC frequency conversion winch,However,the reliability of the above two winch systems is poor and the hardware composition is complex,and the hydraulic winch has high power consumption and high noise;the disadvantages of AC variable frequency winch,such as low efficiency and unstable speed regulation,have always existed in modern mine transportation and hoisting.The system adopts the advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor,takes the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the drive of underground small winch,designs the structure of motor direct connection drum,and designs the electrical control system.It realizes the technical innovation of small winch in coal mine,which is safe and reliable and has a high degree of automation.
