长大货物车轴箱体静强度试验研究

摘　　要：为适应THDS轴温探测系统,部分长大货物对轴箱体进行设计改进,本文以某型长大货物车轴箱体为研究对象,参照TB/T 1335-1996,根据轴箱体的受力状态进行载荷计算,探讨了轴箱体现有静强度试验方案,选择单轴箱体的方案在强度试验台上对该轴箱体进行静强度试验,得出实测应力值,建立有限元模量,分析轴箱体的强度。结果表明,轴箱体上各测点仿真值与实测应力值误差小于10%,且小于材料的许用应力,轴箱体静强度满足要求。In order to adapt to the THDS axle temperature detection system,some large and large goods have designed and improved the axle box body.This paper takes the axle box body of a certain type of large and large goods as the research object,and according to TB/T 1335-1996,carries out load calculation according to the stress state of the axle box body,discusses the static strength test scheme embodied in the axle box body,selects the single axle box scheme to conduct static strength test on the axle box body on the strength test bench,and obtains the measured stress value,Establish the finite element modulus and analyze the strength of the axle box.The results show that the error between the simulation value and the measured stress value of each measuring point on the axle box body is less than 10%,and less than the allowable stress of the material.The static strength of the axle box body meets the requirements.
