摘 要:汽车线束连接器是车载电路系统连接的基础元件,应用广泛且市场需求量巨大,其质量的高低直接决定了产品的通信水平和信息传递效率。其中管式端子就是最基本的线束连接器端子,为了更好的实现其自动化生产,管式端子的送料难题值得研究,目前国内主要依靠人工手动操作去完成此项工序,本文将基于振动电机驱动,设计出一种用于管式端子的自动送料系统,包含顶盘、端子轨道、气动推料分离机构、导管、接料块,翻转滑道等,成功实现管式端子自动排序、自动翻转、自动穿插等工序,避免了人工作业带来的劳动强度大、工作效率低、穿插质量得不到保证的隐患,提升产品效率,实现产业自动化升级。The automobile harness connector is the basic component for the connection of the on-board circuit system. It is widely used and has a huge market demand. Its quality directly determines the communication level and information transmission efficiency of the product. Among them, tube terminals are the most basic wire harness connector terminals. In order to better realize its automatic production, the feeding problem of tube terminals is worth studying. At present, domestic enterprises mainly rely on manual operation to complete this process. This paper will design an automatic feeding system for tube terminals based on vibration motor drive, including top plate, terminal rail, pneumatic pushing and separating mechanism, conduit, receiving block, turnover slide, etc, The automatic sequence, automatic turnover, automatic insertion and other processes of tubular terminals have been successfully realized, which avoids the hidden dangers of high labor intensity, low work efficiency and poor insertion quality caused by manual operation, improves product efficiency and realizes industrial automation upgrading.
