摘  要:通过对锁死的锁紧装置进行材料分析、仿真分析、加工尺寸检测等,发现出现锁死的锁紧装置存在设计参数不合理、螺纹加工缺陷等问题,通过对锁紧装置螺杆及下压块的设计参数及加工工艺进行改进,并优化了螺纹加工工艺。按照改进后的设计参数及工艺方法制作试验件,并进行测试验证,证明经过改进后生产的锁紧装置性能稳定,螺纹锁死率明显降低。试验结果表明,通过优化设计参数及加工工艺能有效的降低锁紧装置螺纹锁死问题的发生。Through material analysis,simulation analysis and machining size inspection of the locking device,it is found that the locking device has some problems such as unreasonable design parameters and thread processing defects.The design parameters and processing technology of the locking device screw and the lower pressure block are improved,and the thread processing technology is optimized.According to the improved design parameters and process method,the test parts are made and verified.It is proved that the performance of the improved locking device is stable and the thread locking rate is significantly reduced.The experimental results show that the thread locking problem can be effectively reduced by optimizing the design parameters and processing technology.
