摘 要:本文主要介绍了一种汽车车身焊装夹具的设计发和流程。根据汽车企业车间的生产工艺和流程确定汽车焊装夹具的数量和种类,并对焊装夹具的定位原理进行了研究。利用三维设计软件开发出一种汽车焊装夹具,并分析其加紧的过程和原理。最后对焊装夹具的气压控制系统原理进行研究,为后续智能化和自动化提供了保证。This paper mainly introduces a kind of automobile body welding fixture design and flow.According to the production technology and flow of automobile workshop,the quantity and type of automobile welding fixture are determined,and the positioning principle of welding fixture is studied.A kind of automobile welding fixture is developed by using 3D design software,and its tightening process and principle are analyzed.Finally,the principle of pneumatic control system of welding fixture is studied,which provides a guarantee for subsequent intelligentization and automation.
