摘  要:目的对某三甲医院临床分离的肺炎克雷伯菌进行耐药基因及表型分析,为临床治疗和预防耐药菌感染提供参考。方法对某三甲医院临床分离的两株产NDM型金属β-内酰胺酶(new delhi metallo-beta-lactamase,NDM)进行全基因组检测。结果两分离菌株含有多种质粒,在质粒上有NDM的耐药基因位点。结论产NDM耐药菌的基因主要在质粒上,应加强抗生素的合理使用和感染控制措施,以减缓耐药基因的播散,预防耐药菌的产生。Objective To analyze the drug resistance genes and phenotypes of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated clinically in a third-class hospital,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and prevention of drug-resistant bacteria infection.Methods Two strains of NDM producing metalβ-lactamase isolated clinically in a third-class A hospital were detected by genome-wide analysis.Results The two isolated strains contained various plasmids,including the drug resistance gene site of NDM on the plasmids.Conclusion The genes of NDM-producing drug-resistant bacteria are mainly located on plasmids.Rational use of antibiotics and infection control measures should be strengthened to slow down the spread speed of drug-resistant genes and prevent the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria.
