摘　　要：目的评价一体化医疗废液收集装置在经尿道绿激光前列腺汽化剜切术中的应用效果。方法将我院2020年7月至2022年6月实施经尿道绿激光前列腺汽化剜切术的患者分为3组:30例术中使用一体化医疗废液收集装置处理医疗废液为观察组;30例术中将医疗废液通过漏斗下排水皮管直接连接在吸引装置上为对照组1;30例术中将排水皮管置于污物桶内处理医疗废液为对照组2。探讨3种不同的废液收集方法在医护人员职业防护、平均耗材费用、平均接台时间以及医护人员满意率上的差异。结果研究结果表明,观察组医护人员接触患者体液、血液的污染率为6.67%,而对照组1和对照组2分别为13.33%和80.00%;观察组的平均耗材费用为150元,对照组1和对照组2的平均耗材费用分别为209.0±60.9元和无相关费用;观察组的平均接台时间为10.13±0.97min,对照组1和对照组2的平均接台时间分别为14.50±0.82min和20.40±1.22min;观察组的医护人员满意度得分为95.77±4.72分,总满意率为100%,对照组1和对照组2的满意度得分分别为83.93±7.67分和71.3±7.3分,总满意率分别为100%和96.67%。综上,使用不同医疗废液收集方法在医护人员的职业防护、平均耗材费用、平均接台时间以及医护人员满意率上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一体化医疗废液收集装置在经尿道绿激光前列腺汽化剜切术的使用中不仅减少了手术室医护人员及工人血液、体液的职业暴露,同时减少了耗材费用,减轻了患者负担,加快了手术的接台时间,合理优化了手术安排,并减少了医护人员的工作量,提升了满意度。Objective To evaluate the application effect of the integrated medical waste collection device in transurethral green laser prostatectomy.Methods Patients who underwent transurethral green laser prostatectomy from July,2020 to June,2022 at our hospital were divided into three groups:30 cases used the integrated medical waste collection device to treat medical waste as the observation group;30 cases discharged medical waste through a funnel and connected directly to the suction device as the control group 1;30 cases placed the drainage tube in a waste bucket to treat medical waste as the control group 2.The differences in occupational protection of medical staff,average consumable costs,average docking time,and medical staff satisfaction rate among these three different waste collection methods were explored.Results The results showed that the contamination rate of medical staff in the observation group was 6.67%,while that in the control groups 1 and 2 were 13.33%and 80%,respectively.The average consumable cost in the observation group was 150 yuan,while the average consumable costs in the control groups 1 and 2 were 209.0±60.9 yuan and no relevant cost,respectively.The average docking time in the observation group was 10.13±0.97 minutes,while the average docking times in the control groups 1 and 2 were 14.50±0.82 minutes and 20.40±1.22 minutes,respectively.The satisfaction score of medical staff in the observation group was 95.77±4.72,with a total satisfaction rate of 100%,while the satisfaction scores of control groups 1 and 2 were 83.93±7.67 and 71.3±7.3,respectively,with total satisfaction rates of 100%and 96.67%.Different medical waste collection methods showed significant differences in the occupational protection of medical staff,average consumable costs,average docking time,and medical staff satisfaction rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of an integrated medical waste collection device in transurethral green laser prostatectomy can not only reduce the occupational exposure of medical staff and worker
