摘  要:目前的铁路轨距尺检定工作以人工操作为主,效率低,无法满足现场应用需求。同时,检定结果可靠性受人为因素影响,测量不确定度会增大。为了提高轨距尺检定工作效率和测量结果可靠性,提升检定操作的自动化水平,开展铁路轨距尺自动化检定装置研究。基于轨距尺工作特点和检定要求,提出铁路轨距尺自动化检定装置的功能需求,设计铁路轨距尺自动化检定装置结构。利用轨距尺自动化检定装置测量轨距尺的示值误差,采用蒙特卡洛法,评定轨距尺自动化检定装置的轨距和超高示值误差测量不确定度。评定结果表明,铁路轨距尺自动化检定装置计量性能满足要求,能够提高铁路轨距尺检定效率。At present,the verification of railway track gage is mainly manual operation,which is inefficient and can not meet the needs of field application.At the same time,the reliability of verification results is affected by human factors,which increases the measurement uncertainty.In order to improve the verification efficiency of the track gage and the reliability of the measurement results,and improve the automation level of the verification operation,the research on the automatic verification device of the railway track gage is carried out.Based on the working characteristics and verification requirements of track gage,the functional requirements of automatic verification device for railway track gage are proposed,and the structure of automatic verification device for railway track gage is designed.The measurement uncertainty of gauge and ultra high indication error of the automatic verification device for railway track gage is evaluated by Monte Carlo method based the indicating error of gauge and ultra high for the track gage measured by the automatic verification device for railway track gage.The evaluation results show that the metrological performance of the automatic verification device for railway track gage meets the requirements and can improve the efficienay of the railway track gage verification.
