摘 要:针对传统永磁电机高温下易发生不可逆退磁、磁通无法调节等固有缺陷,设计出一种带有中央绕组辅助励磁的新型轴向磁通开关磁阻电机。基于该电机电感、转矩特性曲线引入一种简单的导通角控制算法,并且结合该电机本身特有中央绕组结构,提出一种动态导通角联合中央绕组的控制策略,电机低速运行时电枢电流能够准确跟踪期望转矩的同时,避免峰值过大;较高速运行时迅速退磁,避免较大的电枢电流进入负转矩区域,实现电机转矩输出特性更为平稳。仿真与实验结果表明,该控制策略能够使电机在宽转速范围内转矩脉动得到有效抑制。A new type of axial flux switched reluctance motor with central winding auxiliary excitation was designed to solve the inherent defects of traditional permanent magnet motor,such as irreversible demagnetization and unadjustable magnetic flux at high temperature.Based on the motor inductance and torque characteristic curve,a simple conduction angle control algorithm was introduced,and combined with the unique central winding structure of the motor itself,a control strategy of dynamic conduction angle combined with the central winding was proposed.When the run motor at low speed,the armature current could accurately track the expected torque and avoid excessive peak value.When the motor run at high speed,the armature current could be demagnetized quickly to prevent the large armature current from entering the negative torque region.The motor torque output characteristics were more stable.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively suppress the torque ripple of the motor in a wide speed range.
