利用废旧一次性餐盒制备老化沥青再生剂的研究

摘　　要：在我国每年因路面翻修而产生的废旧沥青混合料达25亿t,同时自新冠疫情爆发以来,“宅经济”催生下的外卖行业激增15%左右,每年产生的废旧一次性餐盒高达450亿个。为了有效解决上述二者对环境造成的污染和资源浪费,以地沟油和废旧一次性餐盒为原材料,研制出了老化沥青再生剂,并对废旧沥青混合料进行还原再生,以达到废物循环再利用,资源节约的目的。实验结果表明:该再生剂不仅使老化沥青的针入度、软化点、低温延度恢复到基质沥青水平,同时还提高了再生沥青的抗老化性能和疏水性能,研制产品具有广阔的应用前景。In China,2.5 billion tons of waste asphalt mixtures are produced every year due to pavement renovation.At the same time,the takeaway industry spawned by the‘home economy’has surged by about 15%since the outbreak of the new coronavirus epidemic,and the waste disposable meal boxes produced every year is as high as 45 billion.In order to effectively solve the environmental pollution and waste of resources caused by the above two,we developed an aged asphalt regenerant using gutter oil and waste disposable meal boxes as raw materials,and the waste asphalt mixture was reduced and regenerated to achieve the purpose of waste recycling and resource conservation.The experimental results show that the regenerant not only restores the penetration,softening point and low temperature ductility of the aged asphalt to the level of the matrix asphalt,but also improves the anti-aging and hydrophobic performances of the recycled asphalt,which has broad application prospects.
