摘 要:基于复位橡胶更换时无须顶升上部结构的自复位刚性滑移隔震支座,开展不同荷载、加载位移幅值及加载频率下的滞回特性研究,得到支座水平荷载-位移曲线。在此基础上,通过ETABS软件分别建立采用橡胶隔震支座和自复位刚性滑移隔震支座框架结构有限元模型,并进行地震作用下的非线性时程分析。研究结果表明,自复位刚性滑移隔震支座滞回曲线饱满,稳定性较好,具有良好的隔震作用;橡胶隔震支座和自复位刚性滑移隔震支座均可延长结构自振周期,降低水平地震作用;采用橡胶隔震支座的结构模型在地震影响系数最大值达1.08时,隔震层最大水平位移平均值无法满足规范要求,实际工程中需选用尺寸更大的橡胶隔震支座;可通过调整自复位刚性滑移隔震支座滑动面接触面积满足位移限值,以降低经济成本和隔震设计迭代计算成本。Based on the self-resetting rigid sliding isolation bearing without jacking the superstructure during rubber replacement, hysteretic characteristics under different loads, loading displacement amplitude and loading frequency were studied, and the horizontal load and displacement curve of the bearing was obtained. On this basis, the finite element model of the frame structure with rubber isolation bearing and self-resetting rigid sliding isolation bearing is established by using ETABS software, and the nonlinear time history analysis under earthquake is carried out. The research results show that the self-resetting rigid sliding isolation bearing has full hysteretic curve, good stability and good isolation effect. Both rubber isolation bearing and self-resetting rigid sliding isolation bearing can prolong the natural vibration period of the structure and reduce the horizontal seismic action. When the maximum seismic influence coefficient of the structural model with rubber isolation bearing reaches 1.08, the average value of the maximum horizontal displacement of the isolation layer cannot meet the requirements of the specification. In practical engineering, rubber isolation bearing with larger size should be selected. The economic cost and iterative calculation cost of isolation design can be reduced by adjusting the sliding surface contact area of self-resetting rigid sliding isolation bearing to meet the displacement limit.
