摘　　要：装配式钢结构围护墙体种类较多,在实际工程中有较多的应用案例。调研表明装配式钢结构围护墙体存在不同程度的开裂渗漏水现象,有些渗漏水现象较严重,对围护墙体耐久性和房屋使用功能均造成较明显影响。渗漏检测仪为多模式阻抗湿度扫描仪,可基于湿度变化评估围护墙体渗漏情况。本研究制定了渗漏检测仪用于围护墙体渗漏水检测的工作流程,并在实验室通过试验验证了该方法可定性判断渗漏水流动方向及大致聚集范围,为后续有效堵漏提供了科学依据,可在实际工程中推广应用。There are many kinds of prefabricated steel structure enclosure walls,which are adopted by many cases in practical projects.The investigations show that there are different degrees of cracking and leakage in the prefabricated steel structure enclosure walls,and some of them are even more serious,which has a significant impact on the durability of the enclosure wall and the use function of the house.The leakage detector is a multi⁃mode impedance humidity scanner,which can evaluate the leakage of the enclosure wall based on the change of humidity.In this paper,the work flow of leakage detector used in the enclosure wall leakage inspection is developed,and the experimental results in the laboratory verify that the method can qualitatively judge the flow direction of leakage and the approximate aggregation range,which provides a scientific basis for the subsequent effective leakage plugging,and can be popularized and applied in practical projects.
