摘  要:以实现压剪试验机机架的轻量化为目标,分析压剪试验机机架在极限工况下的受力情况,通过Abaqus软件对压剪试验机机架进行静力分析;通过变密度拓扑优化方法对压剪试验机机架进行拓扑优化,并据此进行模型重建;不仅对比分析优化前后机架的静力特性,还对比分析优化前后机架自身的模态特性与突然卸载后的动力特性。结果表明:优化后的压剪试验机机架质量比优化前减轻了14.5%;最大静应力小于材料的屈服强度,最大位移小于允许最大位移量,满足静强度与静刚度要求;各阶模态的固有频率远大于工作频率,满足动刚度要求;突然卸载后,机架上横梁、立柱、底座的最大动应力均小于材料的屈服强度,满足动强度要求。To achieve lightweight of the compression-shear test machine frame,the force condition of the compression-shear test machine frame under limited working conditions was analyzed,and the static analysis of the compression-shear test machine frame was performed by using Abaqus.Variable density-based topology optimization method was applied to optimize the topology of the compression-shear test machine frame,and the model was re-established accordingly.Finally,the static characteristics,the modal characteristics,and the dynamic characteristics after sudden unloading of the original and optimized frame were compared and analyzed.After optimized,the weight of the frame is decreased by 14.5%;the maximum static stress and the maximum displacement are less than the material yield strength and the maximum allowable displacement,meeting the requirements of static strength and stiffness;the natural frequency of each mode is much greater than the working frequency,meeting the requirements of dynamic stiffness;the maximum dynamic stress of the beam,column,and base of the frame after sudden unloading are all less than the material yield strength,meeting the requirements of dynamic strength.
