摘 要:石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术以其工艺的合理性与成熟性被燃煤电厂广泛应用,然而此工艺的石膏含水率严重超标问题却时常发生。以某掺烧污泥燃煤电厂湿法脱硫系统运行过程中出现的石膏含水率超标问题为案例,通过分析此电厂脱硫系统设备状态、运行参数、介质成分等因素,结合实验室检测结果,对该电厂石膏含水率超标问题进行逐一排查。分析结果表明:电厂大量掺烧污泥后,烟气中残留的镁离子与灰分及杂质富集在吸收塔内,同时废水排放量严重不足,是导致石膏含水率超标的主要原因。针对上述问题采取有效控制措施,最终将石膏含水率控制至10%以内,以保障脱硫系统安全稳定运行。The limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology is widely used in coal-fired power plants because of its rationality and maturity. However, the gypsum moisture content of this process seriously exceeds the standard, which often occurs. Taking the problem of gypsum moisture content exceeding the standard during the operation of the wet desulfurization system of a coal-fired power plant mixed with sludge as an example, the problem of gypsum moisture content exceeding the standard in the power plant was investigated one by one by analyzing the equipment status, operating parameters, medium composition and other factors of the desulfurization system of the power plant and combining with the laboratory test results. The analysis results show that the residual magnesium ion,ash and impurities in the flue gas are enriched in the absorption tower after a large amount of mixed sludge is burned in the power plant, and the wastewater discharge is seriously insufficient, which is the main reason for the excessive moisture content of gypsum. Take effective control measures against the above problems, and finally control the gypsum moisture content to within 10% to ensure the safe and stable operation of the desulfurization system.
