摘　　要：以某超高层酒店燃气蒸汽锅炉节能改造为例,对锅炉蒸汽系统改造前能耗进行了拆分、效率测试及节能潜力分析,进而提出了改造方案并测算了节能效果,对设计、施工及调试过程中出现的问题进行了总结和分析,为同类建筑锅炉蒸汽系统的改造提供了参考和借鉴。Taking the energy saving renovation of a gas-fired steam boiler in a high-rise hotel as an example, the energy consumption before the renovation of the boiler steam system was split, the efficiency test and the energy saving potential analysis were carried out, and then the renovation scheme was proposed and the energy saving effect was calculated. The problems occurred in the design, construction and commissioning process were summarized and analyzed, providing reference and reference for the renovation of the boiler steam system in similar buildings.
