珠海市院前急救质量控制体系建设探讨

摘　　要：目的:总结珠海市院前急救质量控制体系建设。方法:回顾性分析珠海市2010至1月2020年4月之间对全市各急救分站院前急救质量考核方式、考核指标、考核流程、评分办法,优化考核方式、整合关键性、价值高的考核指标,制定科学的考核流程和评分办法,并在2020年9月至2022年9月共12次院前急救质量考核中应用,初步形成院前急救质量控制体系。结果:通过强化保障、制定规范和调研论证等方式确定质控范围、考核指标、考核流程,使院前急救质控工作得到落实。结论:围绕院前急救质量目标,创新工作方法,持续开展规范化、标准化和制度化质控,关键性的院前急救质量指标得到逐步巩固和提升,全市一体化和同质化的质控体系建设不断完善,院前急救质量得到持续改进。Objective:To explore the construction of pre-hospital first aid quality control system in Zhuhai.Methods:The quality of pre-hospital care in different emergency stations in Zhuhai from January 2010 to April 2020 was analyzed retrospectively,including assessment methods,Assessment indicators,Assessment Process,Scoring system,Optimize the way of assessment,Integration of key,high-value assessment indicators,which was formulated scientific assessment procedures and scoring methods,and was performed in pre-hospital first aid quality assessmentfrom September 2020 to August 2022.The pre-hospital first aid quality control system had been preliminarily formed.Results:The quality control scope,assessment index and assessment process were determined by means of strengthening guarantee,formulating norms and investigating and proving,so that the quality control of pre-hospital first aid could be implemented.Conclusion:Focusing on quality objectives of pre-hospital care andInnovating in working methods,standardizing and institutionalizing quality control,the key quality indicators of pre-hospital care had been gradually consolidated and improved.The city’s integrated and homogeneous quality control system was constantly improving.The quality of pre-hospital care had been continuously improved.
