摘  要:目的:测算医院物流机器人在急诊科标本运送中是否优于传统人工运送,研究医院物流机器人在急诊科运送标本对节省运送人力有何积极影响。方法:采用医院物流机器人与传统人工在急诊科运送标本的对比方法,以医院物流机器人运送标本运行30天的数据为实验组,以传统人工运送标本30天的数据为对照组,进行回顾性分析。对比实验组与对照组的工作量、响应时间、运送时间。结果:分析数据得出实验组的平均运送时间、平均响应时间、每天响应次数与对照组存在统计学差异(P<0.05),反映机器人运送效率与人工运送更高、时间更短,从每天响应次数来看,机器人可以代替1.3个人工作量。结论:急诊科应用物流机器人能明显提高标本输送效率,缩短检验报告时间,从而提升救治效率。Objective:To evaluate whether the hospital logistics robot is superior to the traditional manual transportation in the specimen transportation of emergency department,and to study the positive impact of the hospital logistics robot in the specimen transportation of emergency department on the saving of transportation manpower.Methods:The hospital logistics robot and the traditional manual transport specimen in the emergency department were compared.The data of the hospital logistics robot transporting specimen for 30 days was used as the experimental group,and the data of the traditional manual transport specimen for 30 days was used as the control group.The workload,response time and delivery time of the experimental group and the control group were compared.Results:The data analysis showed that the average transport time,average response time and daily response times of the experimental group were statistically different from those of the control group(P<0.05),which reflected that the robot transport efficiency was higher and the manual transport time was shorter.From the view of the daily response times,the robot could replace 1.3 individual workload.Conclusion:The application of logistics robot in emergency department can significantly improve the efficiency of specimen transportation,enhance the support of logistics service to hospital work,and is conducive to the development of the hospital.This research has certain reference significance and promotion value.Our further work will focus on how to make full use of the advantages of logistics robots for multi-point and multi-task logistics delivery,such as non-contact delivery of medicine,food,or infectious medical waste in an epidemic environment.
