摘  要:随着海洋资源的不断开采和利用,对深海及极地用海洋工程关键部位用钢强韧性等综合性能提出了更高的要求;开发具有更高强塑性,低屈强比,良好的低温韧性、焊接性以及耐腐蚀性等综合性能优良的钢材是海洋工程用钢的发展方向。介绍了国内外低碳低合金海洋工程用钢的研究和发展概况,分析了该类钢种制造过程中面临的问题,对铜在低碳高强钢中的作用以及含铜海洋工程用钢的研发情况进行了综述。With the continuous application and exploitation of offshore resources,higher requirements are put forward for the comprehensive properties such as strength and toughness of steel in key parts of deep-sea and polar marine engineering.Developing steels with higher strength and ductility,lower yield ratio,good low-temperature toughness,weldability and corrosion resistance is the development direction of offshore engineering steels.The research and development of low-carbon low-alloy offshore engineering steel at home and abroad were introduced,the problems faced in the manufacturing process of this type of steel were analyzed,and the role of Cu in low-carbon high-strength steel and the research on Cu-containing offshore engineering steel were summarized.
