摘 要:针对容器钢板的氢致开裂问题,通过电化学充氢、氢渗透实验等方法,研究了不同厚度SA516Gr70容器钢板在硫酸溶液中的氢致裂纹敏感性,以及夹杂物对氢致裂纹的影响,并分析了其在不同低温条件下对应的氢扩散系数。结果表明:进入钢中的氢含量随充氢时间延长而增加;随着钢板压缩比增加,钢板组织细化,进入钢中的氢含量增加;SA516Gr70容器钢板诱发氢致裂纹的夹杂物主要为铝的氧化物,还有少量的锰的硫化物,以及镁、钙的氧化物;利用氢渗透实验测定了25~45℃条件下的SA516Gr70容器板氢有效扩散系数,通过数学模型拟合出氢扩散系数D与温度T的Arrhenius方程为:■。The hydrogen induced cracking susceptibility of SA516Gr70 vessel steel plates with different thicknesses in sulfuric acid solution and the influence of inclusions on hydrogen induced cracking were studied by electrochemical hydrogen charging and hydrogen permeation experiments. And the corresponding hydrogen diffusion coefficient under different low temperature conditions was analyzed. The results show that the hydrogen content in steel increases with the increase of hydrogen charging time. With the compression ration increases, plate microstructure is redfined, the hydrogen content in the steel is increased. The inclusions of SA516Gr70 vessel steel plate inducing hydrogen induced cracking are mainly aluminum oxide, a small amount of manganese sulfide, magnesium and calcium oxides.The effective hydrogen diffusion coefficients at 25-45 ℃ of SA516Gr70 vessel steel plate were obtaioned by hrdrogen permetation test, and the Arrhenius equation of hydrogen diffusion coefficient D versus temperature T of SA516Gr70 vessel steel plate is ■.
