摘 要:针对H型钢易出现上下翼缘内并外扩变形及腹板波浪、裂纹等缺陷的问题,通过H型钢的冷却实验和有限元模拟计算,分析了H型钢冷却后的表面温度场和不均匀变形的规律,研究了上下腹板部位的换热系数对温度场、等效应力场以及变形情况的影响,结果表明冷却后H型钢上下翼缘出现了“内并外扩”现象。运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了二维H型钢冷却模型,通过实验获得了H型钢表面换热系数,并以此作为模拟的边界条件进行有限元模拟分析,得到了H型钢表面温度场;有限元模拟结果同样出现了H型钢上下翼缘“内并外扩”现象,与实验结果相吻合;改变上下腹板部位的换热系数进行有限元模拟,得到了腹板处换热系数对H型钢变形的影响规律,为控制H型钢冷却变形提供了理论基础。Aiming at the problem that H-beam is prone to out of square deformation of upper and lower flanges and web defects such as waves and cracks, the surface temperature field and uneven deformation of H-beam after cooling were analyzed through the cooling experiment and finite element simulation calculation of H-beam. And the influence of heat transfer coefficient on temperature field, equivalent stress field and deformation was studied. The results show that the upper and lower flanges of H-beam appear the phenomenon of “out of square” after cooling. A two-dimensional cooling model of H-beam was established by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The surface heat transfer coefficient of H-beam was obtained through experiments, which was used as the boundary condition for finite element simulation analysis, and the surface temperature field of H-beam was obtained. The finite element simulation results also appear the phenomenon of “out of square” in the upper and lower flanges of H-beam, which is consistent with the experimental results. The finite element simulation was carried out by changing the heat transfer coefficient of the upper and lower webs, and the influence of the heat transfer coefficient on the deformation of H-beam was obtained. The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for controlling the cooling deformation of H-beam.
