摘 要:常规双高棒生产线孔型系统共用性差,更换规格时轧辊或辊环更换频繁,导致轧机作业率低,备用轧辊、辊环及导卫库存量高。提出了一种双高棒工艺布置及孔型系统的优化方案,可以将?10~?20 mm规格的精轧前孔型系统简化为单一孔型系统,仅在生产?22 mm规格时,需更换第13、第14架轧机的孔型。该新型柔性化单一孔型系统在某厂得到了实际应用,年作业时间提高了约48 h,每年可增产12 480 t,因换规格现场调整而引起的事故率降低了约10%,可节约备用轧辊或辊环31对/62条,显著减少了备件资金积压,改善了工人换辊的劳动强度,减少了生产准备工人的工作量,同时降低了孔型加工成本,为生产厂带来了显著的经济效益。最后,结合工艺和设备的共同创新,在此基础上提出了一种更优化的双高棒工艺及孔型系统,所有产品规格可实现采用单一孔型系统,并由此可带来控轧控冷工艺的增值效益。The pass system of conventional double high-speed bar production line has poor commonality, and the rolls or roll rings are frequently replaced when the gauge is changed, resulting in low rolling mill operation rate and high inventory of spare rolls, roll rings and guides. An optimization scheme of double high-speed bar process layout and pass system was proposed. The pass system before finishing rolling could be simplified into a single pass system for ?10~?20 mm gauges. Only when ?22 mm gauge was produced, the passes of the 13th and 14th rolling mills need to be replaced. The new flexible single pass system was applied in a factory. The annual operating time was increased by about 48 hours, the annual output was increased by 12 480 tons, and the accident rate caused by the adjustment of the gauge change was reduced by about 10%. It can save 31 pairs/62 spare rolls or roll rings, significantly reduce the backlog of spare parts, improve the labor intensity of workers to change rolls, reduce the workload of production preparation workers, reduce the pass processing cost, and bring significant economic benefits to the production plant. Finally, combined with the common innovation of process and equipment, a more optimized scheme of double high-speed bar process and pass system is proposed on this basis. All gauges products can adopt a single pass system, which can also bring value-added benefits of controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology.
