智业革命:超越智能工业化——百年变局视域下的智能化道路抉择  

Intelligence Industry Revolution Beyond Intelligent Industrialization——Choice of Intelligent Road Amidst the World’s Great Changes Unseen in a Century

摘　　要：审视人工智能与人类智力之间的关系,即谁是第一性的问题,其导向一种是“继续工业革命”视域下以人工智能为中心,掀起机器人大生产运动,但不改变人类劳动性质,只带来技术性产业浪潮;另一种是世界百年未有之大变局视域下以人类智力为中心,彻底改变人类劳动性质,带来产业社会大革命浪潮。在世界百年未有之大变局视域下,人工智能服务和支撑人类智力大生产体现为智创劳动工具化;人工智能催生智创生产方式体现为“智创-智研-智造”产业链;智能工业化向智业革命跃变体现为智业-工业-农业新业态。全球化进程面临“继续工业革命”和“超越工业化”两种发展机遇的抉择,我们应以人类智力创造为中心,把智力活动本身转变为正规的社会化大生产,开辟更大更具决定性的发展空间。The relationship between artificial intelligence and human intelligence,i.e.,the question of who should be the first,is oriented towards two approaches:(1)the"continuing industrial revolution"approach,which is centered on artificial intelligence and brings about a robotic mass production movement,but does not change the nature of human labor and only brings about a technological industrial wave;(2)the other approach is centered on human intelligence in the context of the world’s great changes unseen in a century,and brings a wave of industrial and social revolution by completely changing the nature of human labor.In the context of the world’s unprecedented changes,artificial intelligence serves and supports the production of human intelligence,which is reflected in the instrumentalization of intellectual labor.Artificial intelligence gives rise to the production method of intelligent creation,which is reflected in the industrial chain of"intelligent creation-intelligent research-intelligent manufacturing".The leap from intelligent industrialization to intelligent industry revolution is reflected in a new industrial pattern of intelligent industryindustry-agriculture.The globalization process faces the choice between "continuing industrial revolution"and"going beyond industrialization".We should focus on human intellectual creation,turn intellectual activities into formal socialized mass production,and open up a larger and more decisive space for development.
