医学期刊编辑参与临床诊疗指南制订的实践与思考——以《中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志》为例

摘　　要：【目的】通过分析临床诊疗指南(以下简称“指南”)制订过程中期刊编辑的参与情况,探讨医学期刊编辑可以进行的有益尝试。【方法】回顾性分析《中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志》近10年来刊登的指南类论文,并总结指南制订过程中编辑参与的具体情况。结合相关文献和新媒体平台数据,分别从指南起草、讨论、修订、刊出,以及刊出后传播与实施等方面分析期刊编辑的参与情况及起到的作用。【结果】医学期刊编辑牵头完成指南制订和修改可以增强指南的规范性和效力;医学期刊编辑充分策划、参与指南推广过程可促进指南的传播和临床应用。【结论】医学期刊编辑可从组织、策划、推广、检验等方面参与指南的制订过程,充分发挥医学期刊编辑的作用。[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the involvement of journal editors in the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines(hereinafter referred to as the guidelines) and discuss the potential roles of medical journal editors. [Methods] The guidelines published in Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in the past 10 years were retrospectively analyzed, and the specific efforts of editors in the development of the guidelines were summarized. According to relevant literature and data on new media platforms, the involvement and roles of medical journal editors in the drafting, discussion, revision, publication, post-publication dissemination, and implementation of guidelines were dissected. [Findings] The guidelines whose formulation and revision are led by medical journal editors are more standard and effective. Editors′ involvement in planning and promotion can promote the dissemination and clinical application of the guidelines. [Conclusions] Medical journal editors can participate in the contribution solicitation, planning, promotion, and testing in the formulation of guidelines.
