摘　　要：北京城市副中心住房项目是北京非首都核心区功能疏解的重要组成部分,在城市建设重视质量提升的当下,发挥开放街区理念的核心优势,依据北京城市副中心职工安置房的特点和所提出的远景目标,研究其规划设计策略,以期对北京城市副中心职工安置房的规划设计提供参考。The Beijing urban sub-center housing project is an important part of the functional relief of the non-capital core area of Beijing.At the moment when urban construction attaches great importance to quality improvement,the core advantage of the concept of open blocks is brought into play.The long-term goal of the project,summed up the methods and strategies in its planning and design,will play an exemplary role in the planning and design of other plots in the sub-center of Beijing.
