摘 要:目的 探讨不同浓度含氯消毒剂对炭疽芽胞杆菌的杀灭效果,为今后实验室检测炭疽芽胞杆菌过程中合理使用含氯消毒剂,提供一定的理论基础和数据支持。方法 采用载体定量杀菌试验的方法,观察1000 mg/L、500 mg/L、200 mg/L 3种不同浓度的含氯消毒剂对炭疽芽胞杆菌分别作用2 min、5min、10min、15 min、30min的杀灭率。结果 通过计算3次试验的平均杀灭对数值,结果显示:1000mg/L含氯消毒剂在作用2 min后对炭疽芽胞杆菌的平均杀灭对数值为3.64;500 mg/L含氯消毒剂在作用15 min后平均杀灭对数值≥3.0;200 mg/L含氯消毒剂在作用30 min后平均杀灭对数值2.73。结论 1000 mg/L含氯消毒剂在对炭疽芽胞杆菌作用2 min后,具有明显的杀灭作用;500 mg/L含氯消毒剂在作用15 min后,对炭疽芽胞杆菌同样具有明显的杀灭作用;200 mg/L含氯消毒剂在作用30 min后,对炭疽芽胞杆菌杀灭作用未能达到一个较为理想的效果。Objective This paper aims to explore the killing effectiveness of chlorine containing disinfectants at different concentrations for Bacillus anthracis, so as to provide theoretical basis and data support for the rational use of chlorine containing disinfectants in the laboratory detection of Bacillus anthracis. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the killing rate of chlorine containing disinfectants at the concentrations of 1000 mg/L, 500 mg/L and 200 mg/L for Bacillus anthracis at 2 min, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min and 30 min, respectively. Results By calculating the average killing log value of the three tests, the results showed that the average killing log value of chlorine containing disinfectant at 1000 mg/L against Bacillus anthracis was 3.64 for 2 min;the average killing log value of chlorine containing disinfectant at 500 mg/L for 15 min was ≥3.0;the average killing log value of chlorine containing disinfectant at 200 mg/L was 2.73 for 30 min. Conclusion Chlorine containing disinfectant at 1000 mg/L has obvious killing effectiveness on Bacillus anthracis for 2 min;chlorine containing disinfectant at 500 mg/L also has obvious killing effectiveness on Bacillus anthracis at 15 min;chlorine containing disinfectant at 200 mg/L fails to achieve an ideal killing effectiveness on Bacillus anthracis at 30 min.
