摘 要:目的建立碘131(^(131)I)皮肤伤口放射性沾染动物模型,为核沾染洗消实战化训练和考核提供可靠的动物模型。方法选取15头4~6个月健康长白猪为研究对象。将实验猪随机分为生理盐水组、碘伏组、伤口洗消液组,每组各5头。生理盐水组仅用生理盐水冲洗伤口。碘伏组仅用碘伏溶液冲洗伤口。伤口洗消液组仅用伤口洗消液冲洗伤口。记录并比较3组洗消清除率、洗消时间。记录伤口洗消液组受训人员对动物模型的评分。结果伤口洗消液组、碘伏组的洗消清除率均高于生理盐水组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);伤口洗消液组的洗消清除率高于碘伏组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。伤口洗消液组的洗消时间低于碘伏组、生理盐水组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);碘伏组、生理盐水组的洗消时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。伤口洗消液组中,受训人员对伤情真实感、模型参数、麻醉与伦理、模型推广性、训练效果5个方面给予动物模型评价较高(分数>9分)。对模型标准化、造模难度、造模时间、造模工具、考核要素5个方面评价较低(分数≤9分)。结论成功建立碘(^(131)I)化钠模拟放射性伤口沾染动物模型,能够满足洗消实战化训练和考核需求,但仍有进一步改进提升的空间。Objective To establish an animal model of radioactive contamination of skin wound with iodine-131(^(131)I),and to provide a reliable animal model for practical training and assessment of nuclear contamination decontamination.Methods A total of 15 healthy landrace pigs aged 4 to 6 months were selected as subjects.The experimental pigs were randomly divided into normal saline group,iodophor group and wound detergent group,with 5 pigs in each group.The normal saline group only irrigated the wound with saline.In the iodophor group,only iodophor solution was used to flush the wound.Wound detergent group only used wound detergent to wash the wound.The cleansing rate and cleansing time of the three groups were recorded and compared.The scores of the wound detergent group trainees on the animal models were recorded.Results The decontamination rate of wound detergent group and iodophor group was higher than that of normal saline group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decontamination rate of wound detergent group was higher than that of iodophor group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The washing time of wound detergent group was lower than that of iodophor group and normal saline group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the washing time between iodophor group and normal saline group(P>0.05).In the wound detergent group,the trainees rated the animal model highly(score>9)in five aspects,namely,realistic sense of injury,model parameters,anesthesia and ethics,model extension and training effect.The five aspects of model standardization,difficulty,time,tools and assessment elements were evaluated low(score≤9).Conclusion The animal model of radioactive wound contamination simulated by sodium iodide(^(131)I)was successfully established,which could meet the requirements of decontamination training and assessment,but there is still room for further improvement.
