浅层X线照射联合液氮冷冻治疗多发性寻常疣安全有效

摘　　要：目的观察浅层X线照射联合液氮冷冻治疗多发性寻常疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2017年11月至2020年5月就诊于我院门诊的多发性寻常疣患者114例,随机分为2组,对照组(57例)予液氮冷冻治疗,治疗组(57例)予冷冻基础上联合使用SRT-100浅层X线照射治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率、疗效评分、复发率及不良反应率。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的80.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.21,P<0.05);治疗组的疗效评分为6.11±1.45,高于对照组的5.46±1.51,差异有统计学意义(t=2.34,P<0.05)。治疗组复发率(14.04%)低于对照组(43.86%),不良反应率(10.53%)亦低于对照组(26.32%),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为12.33、4.73,均P<0.05)。结论浅层X线照射联合液氮冷冻治疗多发性寻常疣可显著提高总体有效率,降低复发率,同时不良反应率低,安全性高。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of superficial X-ray radiotherapy combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in the treatment of multiple verruca vulgaris.Methods From November 2017 to May 2020,a total of 114 patients with multiple verruca vulgaris admitted to our dermatology clinic were randomly assigned to two groups,i.e.57 cases in the control group treated with liquid nitrogen alone,and 57 cases in the treatment group treated with both liquid nitrogen and SRT-100 superficial X-ray radiotherapy.The overall effective rate,cure score,recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatments,the overall effective rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(94.74%vs.80.70%,χ^(2)=5.21,P<0.05).Similarly,the cure score was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(6.11±1.45 vs.5.46±1.51,t=2.34,P<0.05).In contrast,the recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(14.04%vs.43.86%,χ^(2)=12.33,P<0.01).The rates of adverse reactions in the treatment and control groups were 10.53%and 26.32%(χ^(2)=4.73,P=0.030),respectively.Conclusions Superficial X-ray radiotherapy combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy is effective in the treatment of multiple verruca vulgaris.It can significantly improve the overall effective rate and lower the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate.
