摘　　要：甘蔗是重要的糖料作物,具有重要的经济价值。甘蔗遗传背景的复杂性,起源与演化的不清晰以及基因组学研究滞后等造成育种上无法最优化选择亲本材料,严重制约了甘蔗产业的发展。为进一步加强甘蔗种质资源的保育、遗传多样性评价和产业化应用开发,综述了甘蔗种质资源的起源、系统分类和进化、国内外保育现状,以及甘蔗基因组学在解析甘蔗种属间的亲缘关系和演化历程等方面的研究进展。Sugarcane is an important sugar crop with important economic value.The complexity of genetic background,the unclear origin and evolution and the lag of genomics research make it impossible to optimize the selection of parental materials in sugarcane breeding,seriously restricting the development of sugarcane industry.In this paper,we reviews the research progress of the origin,systematic classification and evolution of sugarcane germplasm resources,the current situation of conservation at home and abroad,as well as genomics in analyzing the genetic relationship and evolutionary history of sugarcane species and genera.The results will provide important references for the conservation,genetic diversity evaluation and industrial application&development of sugarcane germplasm resources.
