摘　　要：目的重塑中药安全性认知,为临床防治中药药源性疾病提供思路和参考。方法通过阐述1例青年肛裂患者药源性结肠黑变病并结合文献调研,对药源性结肠黑变病的研究进展及其防治进行总结,归纳临床常见的可致药源性结肠黑变病的中药及中成药,思考如何优化药学服务,预防中药药源性疾病。结果长期大剂量服用麻仁丸可致药源性结肠黑变病,药师在提供药学服务时,应警惕含蒽醌类成分的中药与中成药,及时给予患者“不宜大量或长期使用”的安全用药提醒。结论药师在临床实践中善于总结实践经验和优化药学服务,不仅能有效预防中药药源性疾病发生,也对传承和发扬中医药学具有重要意义。Objective To reshape the safety awareness of traditional Chinese medicine and provide ideas and references for prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine-induced diseases.Methods Through expounding the discovery of drug-induced colonic melanosis in a young man with anal fissure,and combining literature research,the research progress,prevention and treatment of drug-induced colonic melanosis were summarized.The common traditional Chinese medicines and Chinese patent drugs that could cause drug-induced colon melanosis,were summarized,and how to optimize pharmaceutical services to prevent traditional Chinese medicine-induced diseases was thought about.Results Long-term use of Maren Pills in large dose could cause colon melanosis.When providing pharmaceutical services,the pharmacists should be alert to traditional Chinese medicines and Chinese patent drugs that containing anthraquinones,and gave patients a reminder of safe medication that“do not use in large dose or for a long time”promptly.Conclusion Pharmacists are good at summarizing practical experience and optimizing pharmaceutical services in clinical practice,which can not only prevent the occurrence of traditional Chinese medicine-induced disease effectively,but also have great significance in inheriting and developing traditional Chinese medicine.
