摘 要:对60 mm厚度中温压力容器用钢15CrMoR进行埋弧焊接(SAW)试验,研究钢板焊态和焊后热处理态焊接接头的组织及性能。结果表明:焊态和焊后热处理态焊缝的组织均为针状铁素体+粒状贝氏体+先共析铁素体,粗晶区组织均为贝氏体,而细晶区组织稍有差别,其中,焊态细晶区组织为粒状贝氏体+铁素体+珠光体,焊后热处理态细晶区组织为粒状贝氏体,热处理前、后显微组织无显著变化。性能指标说明15CrMoR钢焊缝处强度高于母材,焊后热处理提高了焊接接头的低温冲击性能,降低了焊接接头硬度,具有较低的冷裂纹倾向,可焊性更好。Research is performed on the microstructure and mechanical properties of steel plate welded joint in the state of welding and PWHT by means of submerged arc welding test on 60 mm thickness 15CrMoR steel for medium temperature pressure vessel.The results show that the microstructure of welded joints in the state of welding and PWHT consists of acicular ferrite+granular bainite+proeutectoid ferrite,and the microstructure at coarse grain zone is bainite,while the mirostructure at the fine grain zone is of little difference,where the microstructure at the fine grain zone in the state of welding consists of granular bainite+ferrite+pearlite,the microstructure at fine grain zone in the state of PWHT is of granular bainite,there is no significant change in the microstructure before and after welding.The performance indicators show that for 15CrMoR steel,the strength of weld seam is higher than that of base metal,PWHT improves the low temperature impact properties,reduces the hardness of the welded joint.15CrMoR steel possesses lower cold cracking tendency and better weldability.
