摘  要:以某无芯棒旋锻液压缸筒为研究对象,对不同硬度下的无芯棒旋锻径向进给极限进行研究。利用点追踪法对无芯棒旋锻单次下压后,坯料的内外圆变形进行细致刻画及表述。以内外圆变形不出现临界形为前提,保证内外圆圆度质量,最终得出该液压缸筒旋锻工艺在不同硬度下的径向进给量极限。研究表明,随着硬度的提高,应适当降低径向下压量,而且不同硬度下内外圆不规整性随径向进给量的升高而升高,这与随着硬度提升,径向下压量极限值在下降这一结论相互佐证。Taking a hydraulic cylinder without mandrel as the research object,the radial feed limit of rotary forging without mandrel under different hardness was studied,and the inner and outer circular deformation of blank after single press was described by point tracking method.On the premise that the inner and outer circular deformation does not appear critical shape,and the quality of inner and outer circular degree is guaranteed,the radial feed limit of the hydraulic cylinder rotary forging process under different hardness is finally obtained.The research also shows that with the increase of hardness,the radial down pressure should be appropriately reduced.Meanwhile,the irregularity of inner and outer circles increases with the increase of radial feed under different hardness,which is mutually supporting the conclusion that the limit value of radial downward pressure decreases with the increase of hardness.
