摘 要:制造业的快速发展对加工速率要求越来越高,难加工材料应用越来越广泛,对刀具性能有着高要求。TiN涂层由于可以降低磨损率和降低磨损系数,已经成功应用到金属切削上。以TiN/TiCN多层涂层钻头为例,研究多层涂层与单层涂层对钻头钛合金加工质量的影响。通过仿真实验,涂层结构提高了涂层硬度,增加了钻头耐磨性;同时,在涂层钻头钻削过程中,多层结构设计增加了涂层的抗剥落能力,进一步提高了钻头的使用寿命。With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,the requirement of machining speed is higher and higher,and the application of difficult machining materials is more and more extensive,which has high requirements for tool performance.Tin coating has been successfully applied to metal cutting because it can reduce wear rate and wear coefficient.Taking TiN/TiCN multi-layer coating bit as an example,the effects of multi-layer coating and single-layer coating on the machining quality of titanium alloy bit were studied.Through the simulation experiment,the coating structure improves the hardness and wear resistance of the coating;At the same time,in the drilling process of coated bit,the multi-layer structure design increases the anti-peeling ability of the coating and further improves the service life of the bit.
