摘　　要：目的:探讨载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性与瑞舒伐他汀的降脂疗效的相关性。方法:收集仙桃市第一人民医院2018年11月至2021年6月期间1 500例血脂异常的患者作为研究对象,采用焦磷酸测序法对提取的DNA进行载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因检测,并依据等位基因进行分组,采集瑞舒伐他汀用药前后的静脉血,比较各组患者瑞舒伐他汀用药前后总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的变化水平。结果:在6种ApoE基因型中,ε2、ε3、ε4出现的频率分别为6.2%、80.20%、13.6%。经瑞舒伐他汀治疗后,患者的E2亚型和E4亚型于TG、TC、LDL-C水平之间差异有显著性(P<0.01);E2亚型和E3亚型于TC、LDL-C水平之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:ε3(野生型)是出现频率最高的基因型;APOE基因多态性与瑞舒伐他汀类的降脂疗效相关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between the ApoE gene polymorphism and the lipid-lowering efficacy of rosuvastatin.METHODS A total of 1 500 patients with dyslipidemia were enrolled as the subjects from Xiantao First People’s Hospital during November 2018 to August 2021. The ApoE genes of DNA were detected by pyrosequencing. Venous blood was collected before and after treatment with rosuvastatin according to allele groups. The changes of total cholesterol(TC), trialglglycerol(TG), high dersity liptein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density liptein cholesterol(LDL-C) before and after treatment with rosuvastatin were compared.RESULTS In the 6 gene types, the frequencies of ε2, ε3 and ε4 were 6.2%, 80.20% and 13.6%, respectively. After rosuvastatin treatment, there were statistically significant differences in TG, TC and LDL-C levels between E2 subtype and E4 subtype in patients(P<0.01). The levels of TG,TC, LDL-C and HDL-C showed statistically significant differences after treatment with rosuvastatin between E2 subtype and E3 subtype in patients(P<0.05).CONCLUSION ε3(wild type) is the most frequent genotype;the polymorphism of ApoE gene is related to the lipid-lowering efficacy of rosuvastatin.
