摘  要:以普通白菜品种德高苏州青为试材,采用叶面喷施的方式,研究生物酵素叶面肥对普通白菜农艺性状、色素含量、营养品质等的影响。结果表明:与喷施清水对照相比,叶面喷施生物酵素叶面肥50倍稀释液的普通白菜株高、开展度、地上部鲜质量以及叶片叶绿素a、总叶绿素、总类胡萝卜素、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸、VC、总类黄酮含量均显著提高,分别增加了9.41%、8.86%、17.06%、6.77%、7.77%、9.41%、70.44%、74.62%、8.05%、44.58%;而叶片木质素含量和丙二醛含量则显著降低。Taking pakchoi‘Degaosuzhouqing’as a test material,this experiment adopted foliage spray method,and studied the effect of bio-enzyme foliar fertilizer on agronomic characters,pigment content and nutritional quality of pakchoi.The results showed that compared with the contrast spraying pure water,the plant height,divergence,above-ground fresh weight and leaf chlorophyll a,total chlorophyll,total carotenoid,soluble protein,free amino acid,VC and total flavonoid contents in pakchoi sprayed with 50 times thinner enzyme foliar fertilizer diluent were significantly higher,increasing by 9.41%,8.86%,17.06%,6.77%,7.77%,9.41%,70.44%,74.62%,8.05%and 44.58%,respectively.While the lignin content and malondialdehyde content of leaves were significantly lower than those of the contrast.
