摘  要:空调器室外机轴流风机系统广泛使用轴流风叶。轴流风机系统对空调器室外机换热能力起着决定性作用,轴流风叶对轴流风机的内部流场分布有着重要影响。本文通过对轴流风叶结构进行优化,主要研究前倾角的不同对轴流风机内部流场特性的影响。基于数值模拟技术,本文采用SST k-ω湍流模型探究内部流动特性。研究结果表明:叶片前倾角对轴流风机性能影响较大,尤其是在大风量工况下,减小前倾角会导致风机性能下降太大,小前倾角在设计工况点静压效率较低,叶片前倾角的变化直接影响轴流风叶流道内气流的流动,对叶根区域和叶顶区域的流动稳定性产生影响。Axial flow fan system of outdoor unit of air conditioner widely uses axial flow fan blades.Axial flow fan system plays a decisive role in the heat exchange capacity of outdoor unit of air conditioner,and axial flow fan blades have an important impact on the internal flow field distribution of axial flow fan.By optimizing the structure of axial-flow blades,the influence of different rake angles on the internal flow field characteristics of axial-flow fans is mainly studied.Based on numerical simulation technology,SST k-ωTurbulence model to explore its internal flow characteristics.The research results show that the blade rake angle has a great impact on the performance of axial-flow fan,especially under the condition of large air volume,reducing the rake angle has a great decline in the performance under the condition of large air volume,and the static pressure efficiency of small rake angle is low at the design working point.The change of blade rake angle directly affects the flow of air in the axial-flow blade passage,and has an impact on the flow stability of blade root area and blade top area.
