摘  要:针对现有液体黏滞系数测量实验中存在的问题,改进了转筒法测量液体黏滞系数的实验,通过设计内外转筒动静结合结构将黏滞力转化为转筒的扭矩,利用三线摆把转筒扭矩转化为转筒的微小转动,并利用光杠杆法测量转筒的微小转动,将难以直观观察的黏滞力转化为常见易测的物理量,使实验现象更加明显。本实验巧妙地将相对运动的测量端固定起来,大大降低了测量的难度。此外,通过增加恒温装置和测温装置,实现了液体黏滞系数随温度的变化情况的测量,能够解决生产中的具体问题,具有一定的推广价值。Aimed at existing problems in the experiment of liquid viscosity coefficient measurement, improved the rotatingcylinder method to measure liquid viscosity coefficient, designed a union structure with dynamic and static combination of inner and outer rotary drum to turn viscous force into torque of the drum, then the three-line pendulum transmute torque into tiny rotating of drum, and by optical lever method to measure the tiny rotating. This improved experimental device will make the experimental phenomenon more observability. This experiment ingeniously fixed the measuring end of relative motion, which greatly reduced the difficulty of measurement. Furthermore, by adding constant temperature device and temperature measuring device, the relationship between liquid coefficient of viscosity and temperature is easily obtained, which can solve specific problems in production and has certain promotion value.
