摘　　要：建设高速公路能促进我国经济的发展,盘活地区经济活力,为我国现代化事业作出贡献。为了减轻财政压力,在高速公路项目成本控制中,项目和社会资本的融入性更强,PPP+EPC模式在其中得到了广泛的应用,能够提升高速公路服务职能,完善高速公路基础设施建设。结合高速公路项目建设的具体情况,对PPP+EPC模式进行整合分析,发现其在运营时出现的问题,并根据问题提出建设性的意见。探讨在PPP+EPC模式下高速公路项目建设成本控制的运营,并提出一系列完善的措施。The construction of highways can promote the development of China's economy,revitalize regional economic vitality,and contribute to China's modernization cause.In order to alleviate financial pressure,in the cost control of highway projects,the integration of projects and social capital is stronger.The PPP+EPC model has been widely used in it,which can improve the service functions of highways and improve the construction of highway infrastructure.Based on the specific situation of highway project construction,this paper conducts an integrated analysis of the PPP+EPC mode,discovers problems encountered during its operation,and puts forward constructive suggestions based on the problems.Discusses the operation of highway project construction cost control under the PPP+EPC mode,and proposes a series of perfect measures.
