摘　　要：2022年,面对风高浪急的国际环境和艰巨繁重的国内改革发展稳定任务,煤炭产业“危”中寻机、稳中有进。通过监测2022年中矿(北京)煤炭产业景气指数变化情况,结合供给、需求、效益、发展4个维度共10个指标反映的煤炭产业运行情况分析,煤炭产业整体运行呈现出“稳、顺、归、韧”的特征。2023年,安全保供仍是煤炭生产的主旋律,煤炭产业景气具备持续性,要继续发扬煤炭产业大军特别能战斗的精神,坚持“固基、稳价、保供、发展”八字方针,保持煤炭主体能源战略定力,巩固产业健康发展环境,深化供给侧结构性改革,持续推动产业转型升级,以新气象新作为推动产业高质量发展取得新成效。In 2022,confronted with the complex and unpredictable international situation and arduous domestic tasks of continuing reform,development and maintaining stability,the coal industry seeks opportunities in the crisis and makes progress steadily.Through analyzing the changes of Zhongkuang(Beijing)coal industry prosperity index in 2022 and the operation of the coal industry reflected by 10 indicators in four dimensions including supply,demand,benefit and development,it is concluded that the overall operation of the coal industry presents the characteristics of"stability,smooth,return and resilience".In 2023,security and supply guarantee is still the main theme of coal production,and the prosperity of coal industry is sustainable.It is necessary to continue to carry forward the spirit of the coal industry that is particularly capable of fighting,adhere to the policy of solid foundation,stable price,guaranteed supply and development,maintain the strategic strength of coal as the main energy source,consolidate the healthy development environment of the industry,deepen the supply-side structural reform,continuously promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and achieve new results in promoting the high-quality development of the industry with new atmosphere and new actions.
