摘 要:针对国能北电胜利能源有限公司(以下简称“胜利露天煤矿”)采用汽车运输方式将煤炭运输至胜利发电厂造成的运输成本高以及不环保等问题,提出了从胜利露天煤矿至胜利发电厂修建煤灰双向长距离输送系统,并同时将发电厂的煤灰通过同一条带式输送机下胶带反向输送至胜利露天煤矿进行回填的双向同步输送系统。介绍了带式输送机输送系统工艺布置方案,并详细阐述了带式输送机输送系统转弯段半径设计、转弯段托辊设计、抑尘设计等关键技术。通过近13个月的试生产运行,表明该输送系统运行平稳,沿途不撒料、不粘带、不起灰、节能环保,实现了所有设计功能。结合现场运行工况,从曲线水平转弯、“n”形防护罩、无动力曲线落煤管、非金属低噪音托辊、胶带防冻粘、多机驱动等多项技术分析,验证了高寒地区大运量、多机驱动、上带煤、下带灰的长距离水平转弯带式输送技术于一体的输送方案可行。In view of the problems of high transportation cost and poor environmental protection caused by coal motor transportation from Shengli Open-pit Coal Mine to Shengli Power Plant,a long-distance two-way synchronous belt conveyor transportation system is proposed,which transports the coal from Shengli Open-pit Coal Mine to Shengli Power Plant,and simultaneously transports the coal ash from the power plant to the coal mine for backfilling through the lower belt of the same belt conveyor.This paper introduces the process layout scheme of the belt conveyor transportation system,and expounds in detail the key technologies of the belt conveyor transportation system,such as the radius design and idler design of the turning section and the dust suppression design.The trial production operation for nearly 13 months shows that the transportation system operates smoothly without scattering,sticking,dusting,realizes energy saving and environmental protection,and achieves all design functions.Combined with the field operation conditions,from the technical analysis of horizontal curve turning,n-shaped protective shield,non-powered curve coal chute,non-metallic low-noise idler,conveyor belt antifreezing,multi-machine drive and other technologies,it is verified that the transportation scheme of long-distance horizontal turning belt conveyor technology with large capacity,multi-machine drive,upper coal and lower ash transportation in high and cold areas is feasible.
