摘　　要：随着电子商务的发展,网络购物逐渐走入老年人的生活,老人群体的网络购物需求日益增长,随之而来的是目前众多快递包装因设计上考虑不周,给老人的生活带来诸多不便。本文通过分析现有的问题,从可用性、人性化和生态化几个方面入手,尝试从分析老人群体使用快递包裹时面临问题的角度出发,找寻对快递包装进行改良的方法。With the development of electronic commerce, online shopping has gradually entered the lives of the elderly, and their online shopping needs have gradually increased. But, on the other hand, the design of many express packages does not take into account the needs of the elderly, which brings a lot of inconvenience to their lives. By analyzing the existing problems, this paper starts from the aspects of usability, humanization and ecology, tries to find ways to improve express packaging from the perspective of analyzing the problems faced by the elderly when they use express packages.
