摘 要:基于国内外研究现状,阐述了预制构件全过程管理的概念及各阶段任务。运用价值流分析法重构预制构件全过程管理的信息流,优化预制构件的价值流程。探讨BIM和RFID技术集成应用于预制构件全过程管理,提出预制构件全过程管理的改进建议,以期提高利益相关方构件管理的高效协同,促进装配式建筑高质量发展。Based on the research status at home and abroad,the concept of the whole process management of prefabricated building components and the tasks of each stage are described.Value stream analysis is used to reconstruct the information flow of the whole process management of prefabricated building components to optimize the value flow of prefabricated buildingcomponents.Furthermore,the integrated application of BIM and RFID technology in the whole process management of prefabricated building components is discussed,and suggestions for improvement of the whole process management of prefabricated building components are put forward.It is hoped that our research could help stakeholders to improve efficient coordination incomponent management,and promote the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings.
