摘 要:随着装配式建筑与信息技术的发展,装配式项目建造进度以及利用信息技术提高其建造进度的研究受到建筑行业的广泛关注,通过对信息技术应用与装配式建筑进度进行文献分析,识别出设计、生产、施工、业主以及信息技术应用五大维度中对装配式建筑进度影响程度较大的指标,最后利用层次分析法对这些指标进行分析并提出相应建议,以此推动装配式建筑进度管理的发展。With the development of prefabricated buildings and information technology,the research on the construction progress of prefabricated projects and the use of information technology to improve their construction progress has been widely concerned by the construction industry.Through the literature analysis of the application of information technology and the progress of prefabricated buildings,the indicators that have a greater impact on the progress of prefabricated buildings in the five dimensions of design.production,construction,owners and information technology application have been identified,Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze these indicators and put forward corresponding suggestions,so as to promote the development of prefabricated construction schedule management.
