摘　　要：近年来,上海女性科技人才数量逐年平稳增长,巾帼担当日益凸显,已经成为推动科技进步和经济社会发展的重要力量。本研究通过对上海女性科技人才的调查数据进行分析,发现女性科技人才在基础前沿领域取得瞩目科研成果和成效,女性创新创业代表不断涌现,但女性科技人才仍面临着人才队伍结构不合理、社会角色制约职业发展、科技决策中的参与度不高、成果转化较少等亟待解决的问题,最后从优化女性科技人才队伍结构、促进工作与生活平衡、提高女性参与科技决策的比例、营造良好社会氛围等方面提出对策建议。In recent years,the number of female scientific and technological talents in Shanghai has steadily increased year by year,and the role of women has become increasingly prominent,female scientific and technological talents have become an important force to promote scientific and technological progress and economic and social development.Through the analysis of the survey data of female scientific and technological talents in Shanghai,this study found that female scientific and technological talents have made remarkable scientific research achievements and success in the basic frontier fields,and female innovation and entrepreneurship representatives are emerging constantly,but the development of female scientific and technological talents still face many problems,including the irrational structure of talent team,the hindrance to career advancement,the low participation in S&T decision-making,the low commercialization of their scientific and technological achievements.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of optimizing the structure of the female scientific and technological talent team,promoting the balance between work and life,increasing the proportion of women’s participation in S&T decision-making,and creating a good social atmosphere for female scientific and technological talents.
