摘  要:Wnt信号通路在多种生物和细胞中高度保守,其广泛存在于各类哺乳动物中,并参与调节卵泡颗粒细胞的生长发育过程。有研究发现,Wnt信号通路中的一些关键因子能促进颗粒细胞增殖,且多个信号通路与Wnt信号通路存在复杂的调控网络以调控颗粒细胞的生长发育。文章综述了Wnt信号通路的组成、Wnt信号通路对颗粒细胞的调控作用以及与其他信号通路共同对颗粒细胞生长发育的调控,以期为进一步阐明Wnt信号通路在哺乳动物卵泡颗粒细胞中的分子生物学机制提供参考。The Wnt signaling pathway is highly conserved in a variety of organisms and cells,which is widely present in various mammalian species and involved in regulating the growth and development of ovarian granulosa cells.Some key factors in the Wnt signaling pathway have been found to promote granulosa cell proliferation,and several signaling pathways exist in a complex regulatory network with the Wnt signaling pathway to regulate granulosa cells.The composition of the Wnt signaling pathway,its regulatory role on granulosa cells and the regulation of granulosa cell growth and development by the Wnt signaling pathway together with other signaling pathways were reviewed to provide a reference for further studies on the regulatory network of the Wnt signaling pathway in mammalian ovarian granulosa cells.
