幼畜脐疝及并发症的诊治

摘　　要：脐疝是幼畜尤其是犊牛发病率较高的外疝之一。犊牛、幼驹的脐疝基本上都是可复性疝。在诊疗中,根据脐轮(疝轮)开张的大小与并发症,灵活采用保守或手术、并辅以对症治疗。对脐轮开张二指以下的可复性疝,采用人医用收腹带固定的方法保守治疗;对开张二指以上的可复性脐疝、嵌闭性脐疝病例,则采用手术切开(母畜用月牙形切口、公畜为马蹄形切口)、清理还纳内容物、减张与结节缝合闭锁脐轮。在临床上共经诊脐疝幼畜87例(幼驹6例、犊牛81例),治愈84例,死亡3例(均为犊牛并发脐炎病例),治愈率96.6%。Umbilical hernia is one of the external hernias with high incidence rate in young livestocks,especially calves.The umbilical hernias of calves and foals are basically reversible hernia.In the diagnosis and treatment,according to the size and complications of the opening of the umbilical wheel(hernia wheel),conservative or surgical treatment,supplemented by symptomatic treatment,can be flexibly adopted.For the reversible hernia with the opening of the umbilical wheel less than two fingers,the method of fixing the human medical abdominal band is used for conservative treatment.For the cases of reversible umbilical hernia and incarcerated umbilical hernia with more than two fingers open,surgical incision(crescent incision for female animals and horseshoe incision for male animals),cleaning and returning the contents,tension-reduction and knot suture closure of the umbilical wheel are used.A total of 87 cases(6 foals and 81 calves)of umbilical hernia were clinically diagnosed,84 cases were cured,and 3 cases died(all cases were calves complicated with umbilicitis).The cure rate was 96.6%.
