摘 要:区域协调发展是区域一体化的客观要求,也是国家区域发展战略的时代顺应。但是,区域协调发展面临市场体制不成熟、行政区行政等诸多制度障碍,两者皆指向行政区不当行政,后者直接阻碍区域一体化的发展,也对区域协调发展构成直接的制约因素。因此,突破行政区经济藩篱、纠正行政区不当行政的根本出路在于加强区域府际合作,这是破解区域协调发展制度障碍的最为重要的抓手,而加强区域利益法制协调则是区域协调发展的关键点。Regional coordinated development is the objective development requirement of regional integration and the time adaptation of national regional development strategy.However,regional coordinated development faces many institutional obstacles such as immature market system and administrative district administration,both of which point to improper administration of the current administrative district administration,which directly hinders the development of regional integration and also constitutes a direct constraint on regional coordinated development.Therefore,the fundamental way to break through the economic barriers of administrative regions and correct the improper administration of administrative regions lies in strengthening regional inter⁃governmental cooperation,which is the most important starting point to crack the institutional obstacles of coordinated regional development,and strengthening the legal coordination of regional interests is the joint point of regional coordinated development.
