摘 要:现代战争严重依赖于电磁频谱实施信息的获取、交互与利用,随着战争向信息化、智能化转型变革,制胜电磁频谱成为获取战场优势的先决条件。为在强竞争环境中赢得电磁频谱优势,提出“统一作战空间、统一作战行动、统一作战目标”的电磁频谱战概念。探讨采用复杂适应性系统(Complex Adaptive System, CAS)理论对电磁频谱战系统结构与行为方式进行建模,以仿生物群演化试错的思想构建智能寻优算法,解决电磁频谱战面临的多要素高维度组合爆炸难题与面向统一目标的动态博弈难题。Modern warfare relies heavily on the acquisition,interaction,and utilization of information from the electromagnetic spectrum.With the transformation of war to information and intelligence,winning the electromagnetic spectrum has become a prerequisite for acquiring battlefield advantages.In order to win the advantage of electromagnetic spectrum in a strong competitive environment,we put for-ward the concept of electromagnetic spectrum warfare of“unified battle space,unified combat action and unified combat target”.Explore the use of complex adaptive system theory to model the structure and be-havior of electromagnetic spectrum warfare system,and build an intelligent optimization algorithm with the idea of imitating the evolution of biota trial and error,so as to solve the multi factor high-dimensional combination explosion problem and the unified goal oriented dynamic game problem faced by electromag-netic spectrum warfare.
